14 Large detached houses overlooking a large village green. Designed in a mixture of traditional styles, using natural materials and sensitive detailing, with sustainable-drainage pond and stream located in the meadow land. The development was used as a bespoke test-bed for new designs for developer Charles Church, following which the designs formed the backbone of a new range of houses.
