The new M&S store at Pavilion Damansara Heights is designed with an emphasis on an elevated, premium shopping experience. Key design elements include wider, more spacious aisles and an open layout that ensures an easy and enjoyable customer journey, the overall look is contemporary, with a fresh, new look. 

M&S Food with integrated ‘Coffee to Go’ allowing shoppers to grab a barista-made hot beverage and fresh pastries while they shop. The fashion and beauty departments include enhanced fitting rooms to improve the customer experience in those areas.



This design approach creates a sophisticated yet accessible environment, aligning with the premium positioning of the Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall itself.
