The Exchange is the reuse and refurbishment of an existing office building to provide dynamic, flexible amenity space for the business park owned by client, Frasers Property.

The building entails flexible workspace, café and a welcoming environment for park occupiers and their network to meet and connect in a tech-rich environment. The space includes formal and informal meeting spaces and relaxed work areas with full connectivity and social space with a friendly café at its heart.

Surrounded by new landscaping and with new cladding and planted green-wall, the Exchange plays its part in an evolution of the traditional business park on its journey toward flexible, social campus.
